Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. We must be notified and the item must have been shipped back to us within this time scale.


It is the buyers' responsibility to ship the item back to us. Please send the item via a tracked/ signed for service as we will not be responsible if the item goes missing during transit.


Any items returned within our 14-day policy must be in original condition and include all original and undamaged packaging. Items that are specially ordered or bespoke are not covered under this returns policy. This returns policy does not apply to any items that are special orders unless they are faulty.




Some items will only be eligible under the 14-day policy above if, they are returned to us completely unused and sealed in the original packaging.  These items (unless proven faulty according to the conditions in the ‘Faulty Goods’ section) include, but not limited to:


  •     Strings

  •     In-ear monitors

  •     Earplugs & Ear Protection


We want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why, at AH Music you may return any product within 14 days of receiving it. 


We aim to provide the very best customer service. Our team are available to speak to you Monday to Saturday, and can be contacted by email, telephone or by post. 


If a product becomes faulty within 14 days of the date of delivery, we will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods within the UK (online Purchases). Returned goods must be properly packaged and suitable for transportation. After the 14 days, and up to a 12 month warranty period for brand new items (30 days for second hand), the purchaser will be liable for any carriage costs both to return the item to us and to get the replacement/ repaired item back to you.


This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser and we reserve the right to assess any goods before agreeing to take any action. Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
